Is that youThe Director of Professional Services(product launch /software implementation) will be responsible for leading a team of launch managers (LM) and trainers in Bhopal.Qualifications:Experience 12- 20 years in project management /service deliveryExperience in supply chain domain is preferredPMP certifications preferredEngineering graduate (with IT background is preferred)Responsibilities:Define clear goals and objectives for team members, in line with Xeeva s strategic goals and with project goalsMeasure performance, provide constructive feedback, and hold team members accountable for delivering value to the customer and to the organizationEnsure operational compliance with guidelines for project delivery (playbook), time tracking, and skills developmentClosely collaborate with the global professional services (PS) team (i.e. U.S.) and especially project managersClosely collaborate with other Xeeva teams, especially in Customer Machine and Product MachineClosely collaborate and communicate with customer project managers and Xeeva project managersStrategic and operational responsibilitiesDefine /refine processes for implementation servicesDefine /refine implementation services for the Xeeva Solution Portfolio (all possible solutions our product is offering today, and adding new solutions to the Xeeva solution portfolioDefine /refine a well- structured executable implementation plan against the solutions offeredPartner enablement: Maintain a package which can be offered to implementation partner, so the partner can use this for their self- learning, training, assessment and Xeeva certification ultimately coaching partners to be able to lead and deliver launches on their own or with limited assistance by Xeeva PS teamManage the skill levels and performance of launch managers and trainersWork toward transforming LMs to trainers and trainers to LMs so each team member (LM /Trainer) should be able to work as an implementation lead,
