1. Environmental Specialist - Team Leader (Full-time onsite/ Bhopal) 12 years of demonstrated experience in the preparation of Environmental and Social Management Plans/ carrying out EIAs for managing and monitoring environmental impacts (including social impacts) during and after implementation of large urban infrastructure projects such as water supply networks, waste wastewater treatment, solid waste management, etc. The specialist should also be fully conversant with the safeguard policies of the World Bank.2. Community Consultation / Communication Specialist 10 years, with extensive experience in preparation of social impact assessments and mitigation/ management strategies and the planning and implementation of community consultation programs in urban context. The specialist must have done at least 3 similar projects.3. Infrastructure / Environmental Engineer 10 years (for Graduates)/ 5 years (for Post graduates) of experience in urban infrastructure such as water supply, sewerage and sanitation, solid waste management, and other issues related to urban infrastructure development.4. Environmental Engineer/ Planner 10 years (for Graduates)/ 5 years (for Post graduates) of demonstrated experience in carrying out EIAs for managing and monitoring environmental impacts during and after implementation of large urban infrastructure projects involving among others water supply networks, waste water treatment, solid waste management, etc. The professional should be conversant with the safeguard policies of the World Bank The expert shall have completed 3 similar projects5. Social Development Planner 5 years of demonstrated experience in designing and implementing social assessment programs in large-scale urban infrastructure projects such as water supply networks, waste water treatment, solid waste management, etc The professional should have working experience (2 projects) on issues pertaining to vulnerable community; religion and gender. The specialist should also be conversant with the safeguard policies of the World Bank and Land acquisition procedures and Municipal level regulations. Key Skills: 1.
