Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.Work as Engineer in Mechanical discipline for Upstream, Mid and Downstream oil & Gas projectsIn this role you will primarily involve in preparation / Checking of Datasheets and specifications for all the static, Rotating and Package equipment.Your other tasks will also include:

  • Equipment Selection, Preparation / Checking of Sizing / Calculations.
  • Preparation / Checking of RFQ and Purchase Requisition of all the Mechanical Equipment.
  • Preparation of Technical Queries.
  • Technical Bid Evaluation.
  • Vendor Drawings and Documentation Review.
  • Checking of Detailed Fabrication Drawings for Static Equipment.
  • Estimating and preparation of Mechanical Deliverables / Work package documentation.
  • Preparation of specifications and Datasheets for Piping components like Valves, specialty items (Optional).
  • Guide Draughts men / Designers if fabrication drawings are prepared.
  • Close Interaction with other disciplines / groups.
  • Support in Proposals.

You like to work independently with least support from others.Apart from the above qualities, to succeed in this position, you need the following competences:
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or equivalent degree from recognized university
  • 8 + years of experience in total out of which 5+ years in Oil & Gas experience.
  • Well familiar with International codes and standards, materials, specifications, calculations and datasheets for static and rotating equipment.
  • Familiar with Piping Material specifications, drawings and deliverables is an added advantage.
  • Have knowledge of Pressure Vessel Design, API-Tanks design, Pump selection, Compressors, Mechanical Handling equipment. Knowledge on design of Floating roof tanks will be an added advantage
  • Hands on knowledge with PV Elite and tank calculation software.
  • Knowledge of 3D Model review software like Navis will be an added advantage.
