Job Description

Java Developer Reports to VP of Technology Intelligence Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh India

We re growing fast and we re searching for an amazing Java developer to be a core member of the embedded intelligence team. Who you are and what you d do:

  • A versatile individual with core Java/J2EE skills and strong database
  • Work within a cross - functional, agile software development team with TDD process
  • Be responsible for the IX - driven platform - based product development
  • Design and implement low - latency, highly available micro services that scale seamlessly in a B2B environment
  • Build out REST - full APIs & micro services
  • Increase test coverage via unit tests and integration tests
  • Help define architectures and design pattern
  • Work closely with product management and QA teams to realize a high - quality and valuable product

As an ideal candidate you should have:

  • Strong experience in design and development of APIs and micro - services with maintaining the backward/ forward compatibility
  • Service authentication
  • Service monitoring
  • Service logging (Logback, SLF4J)
  • Service audit (Envers)
  • Caching (Ehcache, Hibernate)
  • Business exceptions treatment
  • Unit testing (JUnit)
  • Performance tuning
  • A strong track record of shipping APIs & micro - services and supporting them in production
  • Experience working with the following technologies:
  • JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Data
  • Apache Spark Stack, Apache Solr, NoSQL databases, Python for data manipulation
  • AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis
  • Spring Boot, Spring cloud, Eureka etc.
  • Preferably some experience with CI/CD
  • BE/B.Tech/MCA or bachelor s degree with 4 - 7 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
