This is a full - time position in our Bhopal , India office. The right candidate will be highly organized , focused , and have outstanding presentation skills. You should be willing to travel for 30 - 50% of the time.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for Xeeva system launch , service delivery , and project plan tracking , virtually or at customer s location , with quality , on budget and on time , and high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)Participate in implementation planning , coordination , and plan execution with the customer , implementation partner , and Xeeva team membersConfiguration setup of Xeeva system for customer s launch locationAbility to understand the customer s business process (sourcing and indirect purchasing processes)Ability to understand Xeeva system and alignment with the procurement business processAbility to understand gaps between customer process and Xeeva offering , and be able to communicate / articulate effectively to internal teams and customerTrack , monitor , and report the progress of system launchAbility to manage any risks / issues / challenges associated with the launchFlexibility to take on additional responsibility , if requested by Xeeva managementAnalysis of business requirements , including learning requirements (determine target audience , identify learning goals , and create course objectives)Develop new and revised training content for written training materials , job aids , classroom activities , and video tutorialsFacilitate training curricula that are best - in - class design as a part of client project implementation teams , to end - users (classroom instructor - led and virtual training)Continually improve facilitation by staying current with content changes and enhancements in the facilitator support materialsProvide coaching and feedback to colleagues in an effort to improve delivery qualityRequired Skills: Excellent proficiency with English and overall communication skills (verbal and written)Fluency in additional languages preferred (e.g. , Spanish , French , Chinese , Portuguese , German , etc.)Understanding of SaaS concepts and implementation projectsProject coordination , organization , task scheduling , and trackingTeam leadership experience preferredTechnology training and soft skills / sales trainingIdeally will have an understanding of common industry standards and business practices as related to accounting (accounts receivable , accounts payable , general ledger , and invoicing) , inventory management (purchasing and fulfillment) and business intelligenceBachelor s degree with 3 - 5 years of experience in a professional training role involving software applications (or equivalent combination of education and years of related experience)Experience with online course development and screen animation / video editing software (Storyline , Adobe Captivate , Adobe Presenter , etc.) preferredProficient with Microsoft Office software (Word , PowerPoint , Excel , OneNote , Outlook , etc.)Superior organizational skillsAbility to manage projects through to completion and meet deadlines for deliveryAbility to work well within a team environment , sharing work assignments when necessaryAbility to learn an assigned portion of the Xeeva content well and demonstrate that through a live auditionDemonstrated knowledge , skills , and application of adult learning methodology , performance - based training , and coachingGlobal cultural awareness and experience in working with diverse teamsProven creativity and openness to new approaches and emerging changeSelf - starter with ability to work independently an entrepreneurial spiritStrong customer - focused attitude,
