Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties The Principal identifies educational opportunities for preschoolers through student identification and assessment, as well as takes a leadership role in designing curriculum and programs for school education.

  • The Principal must work with a variety of people to accomplish the duties of this position successfully.
  • Regular follow- ups with teachers in terms of academic developments.
  • Innovating and changing the dynamics of teaching in order to make the experience better for students.
  • Training teachers regularly on soft skills training and updating the curriculum accordingly.
  • Provide support and guidance to academic trainees.
  • Provide guidance to students on academic goals and educational issues.
  • Assist students in course selection, study habits, and career selection.
  • Work with parents, teachers, and counselors to address students behavioral, academic, and other problems.

Qualifications and Skills Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Min 3- years experience required for The Principal Post.

  • Qualification: Min Masters Degree with B.ed/M.ed.
  • Skills: Communication skills, Leadership skills, Team handling, Planning skills.
