The role holder will be primarily responsible for managing a team of 6- 7 members for post disbursement monitoring and hygiene check of the operational and credit risk associated with Rural Retail Banking (RRB) and Inclusive & Social Banking (ISB) to build a quality portfolio. The role requires extensive experience in managing/ monitoring credit & operational risk for Rural Banking.Rural Retail Banking primarily consist of following business segments like KCC, Tractor Finance, Micro Enterprise Finance and Dairy. Inclusive & Social Banking (ISB) consists of Microfinance to JLGs and Micro Individual LoansManaging team for post disbursement risk monitoring for RRB & ISB Portfolio. Ensuring adherence to process and policy guidelines.Conducting field visits for checking the process, policy adherence levelSubmitting timely reports with the key findings and gapsEngaging with local sales, credit, RCU teams for fostering the collaborative environment and ensuring the Reddressal of observationsProviding trends, patterns for key risk areas to senior management.Competition benchmarking of the process for the product(s) under RRBRecommend changes to policy / process based on local nuances / market feedback,
