Job DescriptionEssential Attributes - Experienced Chartered Accountant as mentioned above with proven track record.Excellent communication and leadership skills with an ability to influence at all levels.Judgment to balance recovery and commercial risk to achieve positive outcome.Knowledge of high volume billing / collections , and procedures & practices.Ability to establish a self - driven mechanism for the timely recovery of outstanding without impacting the Newspaper circulation numbers.Proven track record in Logistics and Chain Management.Ability to work efficiently in a high demand , team oriented , and fast - paced environmentJob Responsibilities : This individual would be responsible for the coordination between Procurement and SMD for Circulation scheme gifts as per the budget , quantity and schedule approved by the Management.Exploring Barter deal opportunities or other cost saving opportunities for Circulation gift procurement.Coordination with GPC and SMD for the delivery of circulation scheme gifts at planned locations , within the desired timelines.Management and tracking of the scheme gifts distribution to the circulation agents and readers.Tracking of the available and required scheme gift inventory at all centers by coordinating with the Circulation department.Gift inventory reconciliation along with suggestive alternate usage of unused Gifts with its ageing.To analyse the budget of Newspaper Circulation Promotional Expenses and provide reports to the management specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.Management of overall Newspaper billing and timely recovery of Circulation billing within the desired timelines.To establish a self - driven credit control mechanism either through automation or by implementing new policies without impacting the Newspaper circulation numbers.Reporting of the billing and recovery status on a periodic basis to the top Management.Contact Detail of Recruiter : Contact Number,
