Qualification - Graduation in architecture/B. Arch Post Qualification Experience 18+ Years Relevant Experience - 5+ years of Experience in Metro Projects. Jobs & Responsibility. Review and approval of complete architectural deliverables. In charge of coordinating and finalising the architectural aspects of project, specially focused in architectural design including operation facilities, stations and platform features. Evaluate and review construction plans (including blueprints and narrative descriptions), indicating expected duration, and estimated cost through completion). Lead in the finalization of architectural designs for Stations, depot and surroundings. Finalization of stations functional architectures drawings, Design of Surface level, etc. Assistance in liaisoning with statutory bodies (obtaining clearances and approvals from municipalities, Fire - Department and other local authorities, as per the scope of work defined. Review, respond to design related questions. Attend and lead design and construction coordination meetings. Providing input for developing tender clauses for contractors, cost estimation/BOQ, etc as per scope of work. ,
