Responsible for Final Commissioning and Go-Live of all hardware and software in DC and DR including o Installation o Configuration o Deployment 2. Work with H/w and S/w vendors, MPVS, SDC (State Data Centre) officials for necessary permissions, approvals, acceptance and sign-off 3. Instruct, guide and supervise the following - o Physical installation of servers, creating RAID o Install and set-up RHEL Hypervisor with RHEV Manager o Configure Network, shared storage in RHEV Manager o Create, Install and configure RHEL and windows VMs o Product and Lic. registration for RHEL and windows o Assigning IPs and testing o Configure and install cisco switches, SAN switches, router and firewall o Configure and Mount shared storage on servers o Configure and install Anti-virus agent and Nagios agent on machines o Racking the servers ,network equipment , storage and tape library o Connecting and routing power cords and patch cords ,
