User Advocate IntegrationReports toVP of Professional ServicesBhopal, Madhya Pradesh IndiaRole Summary:This role enables you to deal with integration issues, fallout reporting, and updating master data as required. In this role, you will be resolving, completing analyses, or communicating with the customer in regards to integration errors. Customer experience is the key aspect of this role, as data integrations impact the user experience.Essential Duties Responsibilities:Completing analysis and troubleshootingResolve all true inquiries with same- day resolutionCustomer adoption, satisfaction, and phenomenal end- user experience delivered through:Supporting professional services (launch and training team) where required to ensure customer satisfaction and results delivery (savings, experience, satisfaction, reference ability)Quality of service, monitoring overall SAT score and tickets status /SLA for their assigned customerDebugging and analyzing the issues to depthUnderstanding each client integration connections and frequency, including data elements includedWorking in night shifts to cover U.S. and Mexico clientsQualifications:E /B.Tech, BCA, MCA or any other degree /diplomaExcellent verbal and interpersonal skills1+ years of handling client communicationStrategic and innovative thinker who can develop and implement strategies to work through and with the client s culture and organization to drive resultsA fairly analytical and technically oriented individual, who also possesses a strong social orientation and views a collaborative effort as being important when discussing solutions and making decisionsStrong team player with the innate ability to build and maintain strong cross- functional relationshipsEffective and excellent analytical and problem- solving skillsResults- oriented and data- drivenA very strong sense of urgency in work activities quick to initiate and respond, does not like issues or problems to linger, and will handle them with immediacyHighest level of ethics and integrity,
