Job Description

Position Overview:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. Whether you are a fresher eager to start your career or an experienced professional seeking to make an impact, this role offers an opportunity to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to onboard them.
    • Cross-sell and up-sell products or services based on client requirements.
    • Contribute to achieving business targets through lead generation and referrals.
    • Fresh customer acquisition from cold calling and field work.
  3. Customer Support:
    • Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and regular follow-ups.
    • Resolve client issues effectively.
  4. Market Insights and Reporting:
    • Monitor market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on client interactions, sales, and overall performance.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Fresher Candidates: A passion for building relationships and a willingness to learn.
  • Experienced Candidates: Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
