Job Description

The position involves reporting to the Team Leader and overseeing a small group of sales associates specializing in a specific product category (e.g., 2BHK or 3BHK units). As part of your role, you will be responsible for assigning leads based on product type and client profile, monitoring follow-up status and task completion within the team, communicating updates from the Sales Manager to the group, providing assistance during peak periods such as events, expos, or festivals, and contributing to the training of new team members.To be considered for this position, you should possess a graduate degree in any subject from a recognized University, although an MBA in Sales/Marketing or Real Estate Management would be advantageous. Ideally, you should have around 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a preference for working on premium or luxury segment projects. Demonstrated expertise in leading sales teams, achieving project-based sales targets, and exhibiting strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential for this role.,
