Sales officer should have a passion to make his carrier in selling FMCG products (Soyabadi, Atta, Suji, Besan, Vermicelli, Maida & Edible oil) in the Channel. He should be responsible for new business development, appointment of super-stockiest & placement of companies product. He will be responsible to develop potential marketsnetwork of retail storesgrocery stores etc. and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts. The Officer will be expected to have a strong understanding of the products. He should do a thorough detailing of the products, demonstrations, and communicate appropriately so as to enable a sale for the products. Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled super-stockist & distributor appointments and distributor & retailer queries or complaints. Supplyingdelivering of the products at all the stores. He should communicate regularly with stores to ensure appropriate availability of product. Ordering and managing the stock of super-stockists & distributors. Regular visit market for distributor and wholesalers and taking care of requirementssupplypayments etc. Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone. Meeting sales targets Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service. Recording orders and sending details to the Sales coordinator & his manager. Sending a secondary sales report & live location report on daily basis. Proper communication with superior subordinates & peers.
