Role & Responsibility: - Generation of business from Direct Accounts and achieving sales targets -Identifying new sales leads -Researching organizations and inpiduals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads -Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives -Mapping the prospect clients in IT & NON IT industry and generate the leads -Knowledge of end to end life cycle of recruitment and Staffing solutions -Going and meeting F2F with the HR and generate recruitment from them.
