Job Description

Dhruv Corporate HR - an Executive Hiring firm - is hiring for one of our clients from the Food Processing Industry, for the Bikaner, Rajasthan location. The job details are as mentioned below:-Job Designation: Purchase OfficerJob Description

  • Will be responsible to manage Purchase activities and purchase schedule
Responsible for preparing the Purchase Order based on minimum Cost
  • Responsible for Timely Delivery of the Material
  • Will Identify New Vendors, Suppliers for existing & New Raw Materials
Cost Effective Procurement of Materials will be the main focus area- need to conduct surveys to identify cost effective alternatives of existing Raw Materials
  • Keeping a track of the Inventory of the Material with minimum stock Handling material accounting within the ERP system
  • Preparation of MIS: providing analytical insights based on daily prices of the commodities,other Raw Materials, Materials Management, Cost Savings & Vendor Quality aspect
  • Will be required to do Business Presentation
Responsible for purchasing of the given items- PULSES, NUTS, SPICES, SEASONINGS, SEMI FINISHED MATERIALS,OILSRequired Candidate profile
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience
  • Good Communication Skill
  • MS Office- Advance
  • Presentation Skill
  • Comfortable with Traveling
  • Good Negotiator
