Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.This is an agile team that will be balanced across full stack engineering and data engineering. • Manage and optimize the flow of value for the team by identifying and removing roadblocks
• Facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies (i.e. stand-ups, demos, retrospectives) and coach team to ensure that the intended practice of the ceremonies are met
• Use metrics to drive continuous improvement of team delivery and practices
• Implement and coach teams on proven practices that create a steady flow of value delivery that align with product management and meet the needs of the customers
• Understand the systems scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively act as a servant leader to the project team and ensure that business objectives are met
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure cadenced, timely, and accurate communication with project staff, senior management and key stakeholders
• Prioritize and provide input into cross application/system enhancements, new products, processes, standards or plans in support of feature delivery
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

All About You

• Thought-leader with Experience in Agile practices
• Understanding of SAFe, SAFe Agilist certification, SPC4 a plus
• Understanding of strong development practices that drive quality such as Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery, Code Quality measures / reduction of technical debt
• Detail-oriented, proactive and have the ability to function under pressure
• Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written and strong relationship, collaborative skills and organizational skills
• Experience working within the software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical/problem solving and planning skills
• Knowledge of Mastercard and the payments industry preferred
