We are in need of Associate Advocate for a leading Law firmDetails are as follows:Role: Associate AdvocateLocation - PanchkulaProfile-Lawyers interested in joining the Litigation Team of the Law Firm at the Chandigarh office of the Law Firm must essentially be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council, must possess excellent command over English language, must have the ability to draft petitions, pleadings etc. for court cases and independently argue cases before courts, arbitral tribunals etc. Must have knowledge of Labour laws, Land acquistion matters, Company laws, Civil cases and have handled the hearing of High Court, District Court or Supreme court. He must have experience of minimum 5 yearsAll lawyers joining the Law Firm are expected to work on a full time basis with the Law Firm and are not allowed to carry on parallel independent practice. Accordingly, any lawyer who is selected against the current vacancies shall be expected to give up his/ her pending court cases or merge/ integrate his/ her existing practice with that of the law firm.All lawyers are paid a fixed monthly retainership amount besides variable pay as per their entitlement and productivity linked payments in accordance with the Standard Compensation Policy uniformly applicable to all lawyers of the Law Firm.Local and outstation travel, boarding and lodging in relation to client related work is provided by the Law Firm to all the lawyers.Retainership fee will be Upto 3.0 lacs depending upon experience.If interested please contact me on 7307433770 or manu@placewellcareers.com
