Job Description

    StartASAPDuration4-6 monthsIndustry:Financial Services / TechnologyYears of Experience : 8 YearsWork model:Hybrid (50% remote / 50% onsite office in Chennai)Responsibilities You will be responsible for Project Management related activities on 1-3 major initiatives Your will work in close collaboration with different stakeholders at all levels to secure successful adoption and timely execution of projects You will have the responsibility of classic project management activities (waterfall and agile) and will be responsible for driving all aspects of the discipline. This covers the whole lifecycle from analysis to benefit realization You will ensure a smooth collaboration in the projects and with the other projects in the program.What You Bring Experience with project management of infrastructure projects Several years of experience leading virtual project teams with team members from different time zones and cultures. Strengths required: Servant leadership, problem solving, communicative and structured You are passionate about Project Management and have power to influence and communicate respectfully Ability to adopt to a steep learning curve and strive to develop your skills within the different aspects of digital transformation and project management You are a result-oriented team player, leading from the front with pro-activity and transparency You are good at stakeholder management and feel comfortable at all levels in the Organizational hierarchy and good at building relations You have a relevant academic background (BA, MSc or equivalent) and have worked as Project Manager on large scale Projects for more than 5 years Experience in implementing and maintaining a Project Management delivery model as well as being certified within Project Management (e.g., Prince2) and Program Management (e.g., MSP). Solid experience in Change Management and User Adoption.As a person you have a high degree of can-do mindset and drive, and you can challenge the existing way of doing things. Your energy, pro-activity, and willingness to make a difference and optimize processes shows in your daily work.
