Lead the profit center Unqork pod team working across different components (e.g., Rating, UI/ UX, Forms) Assist onsite team for scope planning, requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders Assist onsite team for estimation the work effort and develop the plan Analyze existing client rating and underwriting system processes by de- coupling the complex business rules, product rules, rating logic, rating algorithms etc. Develop and configure the rating, UI/ UX and forms components of the new system Unqork Liaison with Onsite for collaboration Liberty Mutual business team and Unqork product development team Review and sign- off the development, testing activities to ensure that the project goals are met Provide clarifications to development and testing team Skills: P&C commercial/ specialty lines Exposure to underwriting workflow, how underwriters use manual raters/ quoting Hands- on experience with requirements/ configuration will help The work will be executed in an agile environment ,
