Job Description

    What You Will Do:
    • You will conduct webinars and in-person presentations and perform calls and emails necessary to develop a strong relationship with the prospects.
    • Demonstrate an effective approach to developing your territory, keeping a business plan up-to-date, and building on a proper sales strategy.
    • Cultivate deep relationships that result in a deep knowledge of your territory, market trends, competitor activity, and budgetary constraints
    • Ongoing learning of our product /services.
    • This role will not require heavy travel.
    • Manage product evaluations, and coordinate with sales engineers to provide a high level of success through our standard POCs
    Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
    • 1+ years of K-12, EdTech, or SaaS sales or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of closing experience preferred
    • Ability to speak with Campus and District Admins, Counselors, and Support Personnel within K12 Education and close them on our offering
    • A strong understanding and Experience with Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Multi-tiered system support (MTSS), RTI or student wellness is beneficial.
    • Experience in K-12 education/administration is beneficial.
    • Demonstrate the ability to work in a consultative sales environment with a longer sales cycle
    • Ability to learn and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical staff at school districts
    • Experience Selling Computer Network Security, K-12, EdTech is valuable and preferred but not necessary.
    • Experience in K-12 education/administration is beneficial.
