Job Description

    Exciting opportunity for Accounts Executive position.Location: Kottivakkam, ChennaiJob Type: Full-time & permanentShift timings - 7am to 4pm We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounts, experience with ERP software, and expertise in petty cash handling, general ledger, and bookkeeping. You will play a key role in managing financial records and ensuring accurate accounting practices in a logistics environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries and bookkeeping
    • Handle petty cash and process payments as required
    • Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts
    • Work with ERP software to manage financial transactions and reports
    • Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
    • Support the finance team with any other accounting-related tasks
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in general accounts and logistics accounting
    • Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or similar systems)
    • Strong understanding of general ledger, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
    • Ability to maintain accurate financial records
    • Good communication skills and attention to detail
    • Previous experience in the logistics sector is preferred
