Job Description

Greetings From Vishakan Placement ServiceWe are hiring ForAccounts Executive & Sr.Accounts with a strong experience and knowledge in Accounting domain. The candidate should be able to work independently in executing the instructions of accounts manager. Requires working experience in GST and TDS filings.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Familiar in Tally ERP 9.
  • Handling Vendor bills and payments
  • Verification of Accounting Vouchers
  • Coordination with Auditors
  • Management of petty cash transactions.
  • Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
  • Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
  • Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
  • Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.
  • Billing in Tally
  • Recording day to day accounting transactions.
  • monthly and end-year process

Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsLooking forFemaleSenior Accounts with 2-4 years experience.B.Com Graduates are preferred.
  • Good Communication Skill.
  • Working experience in Tally ERP 9.
  • Should have good knowledge in accounts.
  • Experience in GST, TDS,VAT will be added advantage.
  • Must be a B.Com graduate.
