Job Description

    Greetings From REACH TALENT SOLUTIONSUrgent Hiring!!Position: Accounts ManagerLocation; ChennaiGender: Male / FemaleDuration: FulltimeJob Proile:-
    • Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
    • Handling day-to-day accounting Matching the commission statement with MIS & Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
    • Handling all banking related works
    • Communicating with Insurance Companies for payments.
    • Coordinating with outsourced agencies for remittances through Internet banking and keeping track of them
    • Reconciliation of GST with the books and coordination with the outsourced agency for making GSTR 1 & 3B
    • Periodic Reconciliation of 26AS.
    • Coordinating the auditors for Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of ixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
    • Handling petty cash statements from various branches and making book entries accordingly
    • Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
    Requirement:
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in accounting or its equivalent
    • Experience in service sector will be an added advantage
    • Proiciency in Tally & MS Ofice
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant
    • Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes
    • Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics
    • Good team player
    • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
    • Organizational and time-management skills
    Special Requirements:-
    • Must be ready for exponential learning with a senior and experienced Professional.
    • Must possess complete working knowledge of computers and should be ready to work in IT enabled environment.
    • Must be willing to undertake work related travel within the city
