Job Description

    Accounts Receivable Senior SpecialistJoin us as a Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist on our [Accounts Receivables ] team in [Remote] to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. What you ll achieve As a analyst, you will lead the Invoicing activities specifically managing regional CRI/Credits & rebates function, work cross functional including sales, IT, broader FFS Org., be a lead for the team & provide them guidance. The person will be responsible for analyze results/metrics and trends to identify financial and process improvement opportunities. You will keep the senior finance and business management informed and up to date with the latest information on the operational aspects in invoicing domain. You will also proactively advise on any forthcoming issues, system changes, and challenges impacting business and also advise on opportunities in the process. Need to manage & supervise 100% SLA adherence with accuracy.You will:
    • Manage & drive KPI improvements & share with Collection leaders to drive actions
    • Support & improvise Dashboards & track Measure of success closely with team members, Support the Projects/Transformation Initiatives
    • Business Partnering with Global leaders across functions and ERPs
    • Be responsive to work with process adherence & SLAs & partner with Sales, IT, PMO on IT initiatives/System enhancements.
    • Informally Lead a team of about 10 members, be a guide, mentor for functional aspect & for their talent development as well can support the Manager

    • A strong business & ERP system knowledge, understanding the capabilities, area of opportunities, articulating the customer needs from invoicing standpoint and providing solution working cross functionally. The position will require analyzing results & making recommendations to the management team as well as insuring the integrity of the data. This person must have very strong ability to deal with ambiguity, drive for results and interpersonal skills. Candidate must demonstrate ability to summarize and present information in a concise and clear manner for executive review and approval
    • 8-12 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FFS and Operations, preferably from FFS organization managing operations & have experience of at least 2-4 years
    • Solid understanding & Knowledge on ERP systems Oracle/SAP & proficiency in MS Office, Strong business partnering skills
    • Ability to communicate decision rationale and build consensus
    • Focus on process improvement

    • Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
