Job Description

    As a Lead Developer with 9 to 13 years of experience specializing in Drupal, your role will involve:- Leading the development and implementation of Drupal-based web applications- Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables- Ensuring code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices- Developing and maintaining custom Drupal modules and themes- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner- Optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge- Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies- Implementing data governance best practices to ensure data integrity and security- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback- Documenting technical specifications and project-related information for future referenceQualifications required for this role include:- Strong background in Drupal development with at least 9 years of experience- Expertise in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP- Experience in developing custom Drupal modules and themes- Proficiency in version control systems like Git- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong communication and collaboration abilities- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies- Relevant certification in Drupal development- Keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model- Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.,
