Job Description

    Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
    • Market Research: Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and opportunities within a specific industry or market segment
    • Due Diligence: Performing comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisitions, which may include financial analysis, legal assessments, and operational evaluations
    • Financial Analysis: Assessing the financial viability and performance of potential acquisitions, including analyzing financial statements, cash flow projections, and valuation models
    • Deal Structuring: Developing and structuring acquisition deals, including negotiating purchase terms, pricing, and contractual agreements
    • Risk Assessment: Evaluating the risks associated with potential acquisitions and developing risk mitigation strategies
    • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements related to acquisitions are met and that necessary approvals are obtained
    • Financial Modeling: Creating financial models to evaluate the impact of acquisitions on the organizations financial statements and overall performance
    • Integration Planning: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the integration of acquired assets or businesses into the organization, including aligning processes, systems, and personnel
    • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as sellers, brokers, legal advisors, and financial institutions
