Job Description

    Job Title: Admin / Soft Services Office & Facility ManagementLocation: Chennai Employment Type: Full Time (Shift-based: Day/Night) Experience: 3 yearsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Admin / Soft Services professional to manage daily facility operations, housekeeping, cafeteria, security, vendor management, and overall office administration. The role ensures a clean, safe, organized, and efficient workplace for employees.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage daily site operations including housekeeping, pantry, security, and cafeteria services.
    • Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and internal departments for facility upkeep.
    • Oversee access card/ID card issuance, entry protocols, and asset movement tracking.
    • Manage pantry and cafeteria operations including stock, cleanliness, and vendor coordination.
    • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning.
    • Support employee engagement activities, meetings, and internal events.
    • Maintain documentation such as maintenance logs, shift rosters, supply records, and vendor bills.
    • Ensure workplace hygiene, safety, and security standards.
    • Work in rotational shifts (day/night) as per operational requirements.
    Candidate Profile
    • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Admin / Office Management / Soft Services / Facility Management.
    • Male candidates preferable
    • Any bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, email).
    • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
    • Good organizational and multitasking ability.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
    • Preferably a local candidate (Chennai or nearby areas).
