Job description : Position AGM / General Manager - Operation Finance Reports to Finance Controller. Qualifications and Soft Skills CA/ ICWA 1. Strong understanding of business accounting principles. 2. Must have intermediate-advanced level Excel skills. 3. Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems with multiple variables. 4. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. 5. Ability to meet deadlines. 6. Excellent communication skills 7. Must be a strong team player, highly motivated and able to work under pressure during peak periods. 8. Ability to review contract documents for terms and conditions Experience 10-12 years of Industry experience preferred Compensation Rs 15 Lacs PADUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OPERATIONAL To work closely with the BU head Assist the BU head in making quotations/tenders and ensure budgeted margins are maintained Track the project movements on daily basis Work closely with the Fleet team and improve the vehicle/ asset utilization and improve the productivity Based on projections from KAM, to assist the commercial team to source the vehicles from the market Monitor and control the direct expenses incurred in relation to the job/project/trip and analyze the trip excess. Monitor opening of new job cards/ projects / trips and ensure estimates/budgets are captured Analyse quantitative details, study the trends and draw inferences and advise the BU Head / CFO Perform Revenue Assurance for all contracts, ensure timely billing and submission of bills on time Liase with Customers and ensure the dues are collected on time Monitor the activities and expenses at the branch/ Service centres To share the information to the MIS team on timely basis To alert the management in time, on any exceptions, deviations, or any incidents that are detrimental to the interests of the Company.BUDGET FORECASTING Work closely with the Corporate finance team on the Annual Budget for the division Analyse, budget Vs Variance in respect of Revenue, Costs and margins and advise the BU Head/CFO Quarterly/ Weekly forecasting of Revenues, margins and cashflow and submit the same to the Treasury team for necessary planning OTHERS Periodically perform Industry Benchmarking on all Operational and Financial Metrics,
