    AGM / DGM - PRODUCTIONReporting to Plant HeadExperience: 22 yearsQualification: B.E (Mechanical)Work Location: ChennaiONLY FROM AUTOMOTIVE SHEET METAL BACKGROUNDSOUND KNOWLEDGE IN SHEET METAL AND FABRICATION INDUSTRIES.Should have Knowledge in Sheet metal, Press, Welding, Assembly, Tube mill, Pipe bending, Canning, IATF ISO:14001 / ISO:45001EXPERIENCE TO HANDLE 500 & MORE MANPOWER.Preference in Working with TPM culture.Main ResponsibilitiesMonitoring of Team activities and driven the team member towards achieve the production target.Monitoring of other support department functions (Tooling, Stores, Dispatch, IT) of the company to meet the customer requirements and organization goals.Manpower planning and effective utilization of the manpower.Material Planning with the co-ordination of Purchase & Store.Review / Execution of customer schedule & ensure on time delivery and enhance customer relationship.Ensuring of FG Parts to customer as per the Schedule.Conducting daily production meeting and Co-ordination among various departments for timely completion of production & Dispatch schedules.IF YOU ARE INTERESTED KINDLY SHARE YOUR RESUME TO hidden_email
