Job Description

    Location:ChennaiNotice Period:Immediate to 15 DaysExperience:7 - 9 YearsCTC:15 - 20 LPAAbout the RoleAs anAI Technical Leadat NCG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our IT landscape by developing and integrating cutting-edgeGenerative AIsolutions. Your leadership and technical expertise will enhance the productivity of our IT teams, drive innovation, and ensure that our technological capabilities align with business objectives. You will lead a talented squad dedicated to leveraging AI to transform operations over the next three years in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.Key Responsibilities
    • Lead thedesign, architecture, and implementationof Generative AI solutions aligned with business goals.
    • Collaborate withEnterprise and Solution Architectsto create robust design specifications, including data models, RESTful APIs, and UI behaviors.
    • Act as bothTechnical LeadandSolution Architect, guiding your team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
    • Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence.
    • Partner with Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and drive measurable business value.
    • Identify and implementbest practicesfor AI integration, exploring emerging technologies to improve performance and user experience.
    Required Skills & Experience
    • Education:Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • 7 years overall in software development.
      • At least 3 years as a developer and 2 years in a technical lead or solution architect capacity.
      • Proven experience building and deployingAI-powered applications.
    • Strong skills in designingdata models, RESTful APIs, andUI behaviors.
    • Hands-on experience withfull-stack technologiessuch asSpring BootorPython, and front-end frameworks likeReactorAngular.
    • Familiarity withcloud technologiesandDevOps practicesincludingKubernetesandCI/CD pipelines.
    • Preferred (Optional):Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and autonomous agents.
