Job Description

*Role Outline/Job SummaryThe role of Assistant Vice President Campaign Analytics Lead is based at AIM India Analytics Cenrtre, Chennai Center and reports to the VP, Campaign Analytics Lead.

Role and Responsibilities:Key Result Areas:
  • Manage the end-to-end development and ongoing delivery of campaign tracking reports for all regional and country campaigns
  • Increase the reporting coverage for all country campaigns
  • Work closely with the Big Data Implementation and modeling teams to understand pipeline of new campaign launch, and ensure tracking of these campaigns from Day 1
  • Provide thought leadership to the development of necessary data infrastructure in EAP for end-to-end automated delivery of campaign reports
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategy for measuring performance (ROI) of marketing campaigns across all APAC Countries
  • Enable the transformation of the campaign tracking function to bring more analytical rigor including but not restricted to working closely with the analytics leaders to ensure appropriate DOE/Test-control set-up is in place for tracking new campaigns
  • Champion the adoption of Tableau as a visualization tool for all reports & drive migration of existing reports

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Understand the Business, independently manage end-to-end project communication with business partners, manage a team of analysts, lead by example etc. and display a proactive learning attitude
  • Interact regularly with Partner leadership to set and manage expectations aligned to group capabilities and work to deepen existing relationships
  • Execution and delivery on Regional Campaign Tracking & Provide business insights
  • Standardization of Campaign metrics and templates
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs
  • Process Automation and Enhancements
  • Communication and Relationship: Independently manage end-to-end project updates and partner communication across the various levels in the organization. It is extremely critical to develop and maintain smooth relationship with partners across business units
  • Presentation of results to business partners and COE senior management
  • Team Management
  • Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 information solutions analysts
  • Coach all team members by sharing Business, Functional and Technical expertise
Financial/ Budgetary: NoIndividual Contributor (IC)/Managerial: No, *Education: Required
  • Highly numerate, as demonstrated by Masters in a numerate subject such as Mathematics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics etc from Premier Institute or a track record of performance that demonstrates this ability
Experience/Skills:Required
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Campaign Analytics / Reporting within Banking / Financial Services / Consulting / Analytics Industry
  • Experience in leading teams delivering on key business initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate strategically with team, partners and senior management
  • People management experience mandatory
  • Working experience in Visualization tools like Tableau/Cognos will be preferred
  • Technical know-how preferred on SAS( Advanced ), Hadoop, Pyspark, Tableau, VBA
  • Strong process/project management skills Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
