Job Description

    All India Sales Manager - Home Elevators Location: near Chennai Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced All India Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for home elevators across the country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the home elevator market. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence in the home elevator sector. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, architects, builders, and contractors. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as competitor activities. - Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. - Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Qualification - Must willing to relocate to Chennai suburban area.- Knowledge of Hindi is essential.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the home elevator or related industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans. - Willingness to travel extensively across India.
