This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesHelp support the maintenance of the repository of the assumption and allocation logic used within the tool.Help create and maintain reports using the TBM Studio of Apptio toolWork in collaboration with the various data sources / data providers and drive continuously for data quality and completenessEnsure good housekeeping within the tool by driving a hygiene set of controls around naming conventions, timeliness of updates, standardisation, removal of old data etc.Embed a rigorous set of processes for delivering month end requirements.Keep a check on the performance of the application by liaising with the vendor teams and ensure application uptime and availabilityWork in collaboration with the TBMO team in Singapore, prioritizing the tasks and ensure timely deliverablesHelp review the model fallout regularly, identify the root causeAddress the queries related to report and associated data on a timely manner responding back to the requester on an ongoing basisEnsure that schedule of planned service changes are well documented and support the creation of release notesFormally raise all system, operations, and performance issues with Apptio using the established incident processWork with the Apptio Customer Support Advisor(s) to manage any systems maintenance outages, successfully apply bug fixes/patches where required, and help upgrade when major releases become availableEnsure solution is kept within the risk and compliance frameworks of the bank.Our Ideal CandidateKnowledgeAdvanced knowledge on IT systems and processesKnowledge about various file types (excel, csv, delimited, etc)Knowledge about routine monthly load process cycleKnowledge of how a web application functionsGood knowledge of IT landscape of a large organizationStrong Knowledge business intelligence / data analytics tools and techniquesBasic knowledge of basic accounting terminology and cost allocation, service pricing and recharge processes desirable but not necessaryApptio specific knowledge on data modelling and allocation ways would be desirable but not necessaryApplication configuration and development using RAD or any other equivalent methodologySkillsAdvanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertiseHighly analytical and can quickly visualize data flow and underlying dependencies from bird s eyes perspective,
