If you would like some flexibility then please discuss this with the hiring manager.A member of Wholesale Lending Operations , reporting to the Team Manager in EMEA/US space and responsible for publishing c250 reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis for leadership and stakeholders for due Risk & Control governance across IB Lending teams. Audit Confirmation - Team also advise settled loan confirmation for audit purpose for Barclays clients. With the available details from ACBS system, BCRS Team will be providing the position based on the authorised confirmation requests. Balance sheet and Control BCRS publish critical balance sheet journals for monthly reporting. Cash Reconciliation - The Reconciliation needs to be performed on daily basis to ensure processed loans were accounted to the correct Nostro accounts and outstanding report will help to investigate the breaks on time by respective Loan Admins. It plays a vital role on control perspective and also outstanding break reports will help to identify the gap / control lapse of the process and the same will mitigate the customer s dissatisfaction towards bank s reputational risk / loss. The output is reported globally to whole Loan Operation Teams and if correct customer name and loan admin is not captured, it will get delay in investigating the breaks by respective teams. Call Back Break Glass Call back as part of SOX control is critical activity and must be performed by BCRS team (basis instructions received from Servicing team) before any external payment are processed. It is very critical as no external payment can be processed without the call back confirmation on the wiring details Rate Governance performs daily check on Rates used by servicing teams on ACBS. If the rates are not matching with the process inputs that are performed by the servicing Teams, those governance are verified in the next day by BCRS offshore team as part of effective control Action queries from servicing and Facility Capture teams on Look-up tables and any DI related issues.What will you be doing BCRS (95%) Own the day-to-day publish of accurate reports on timely basis as agreed with stakeholders. Proactively understand the criticality of all the sub-processes in the team and perform daily activities accordingly to ensure control governance on all IB lending teams. Provide best in class customer service (internal and external) by addressing queries as well enriching reports. Have an E2E understanding of lending cycle and associated portals which are base of all the reports published by the team. Proactively identify, resolve issues to publish accurate KRI s (ie cash breaks, fees due and loans due) to servicing teams. When necessary escalate verbally & in written format, discrepancies and issues Process Clients Fund payments accurately and within the documented time frame in order to meet completions deadlines. Team Working (5%) Liaise with the Team Manager providing feedback to aid performance development for other members of CPO Attend team meetings and contribute to environment of mutual support by sharing knowledge with other team members Proactively contribute to team performance through maintaining a flexible approach to tasks, providing input to continuous improvement and being receptive to change. Drive Continuous improvement in process and its touch points ,produce impact assessments outlining benefit of change and follow though to implementation ensuring appropriate sign offs e.g. Controls functionWhat we re looking for: An excellent knowledge on ACBS, LIQ, GBS, QMS, Intellimatch, WSO, DMS, etc. A good knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of IB Lending Operations A good knowledge of the Bank s service standards Good knowledge of legislation affecting the Bank and clients (including the Data Protection Act, Consumer credit, Companies Act, Insolvency Act, Financial Services Act, Money Laundering, KYC and confidentiality regulations, Sarbanes Oxley and Basel) A good knowledge of all other relevant compliance Products and services offered by other areas of the Barclays Group which are frequently used by Complex/Large corporate customers including features, tariff/pricing and availability; Certain products, processes or issues to act as Team Expert in areas that will complement the detailed knowledge of other team members;Skills that will help you in the role: Minimum Qualification Graduate in B.com/BBA.
