    Women On Career Break-RESUME Program -Operations - Analyst - Business AnalystThe roles we have to offerWe have multiple opportunities across the following areas:- Operations- Analyst- Business AnalystWhat we are looking for:Proficient professionals with experience in one or more of the following :- 2-4 years experience in financial services or high-volume transaction processing experience preferred, good knowledge in MS-Office skills- Operations background in financial services/high volume transaction processing with people management experience- Good communication and comprehension, numerical ability, problem solving skills, analytical and logical reasoning, and an eye for detail- Business acceptance test planning, business analysis and research, business process mapping, and the documentation of business requirements- Data visualization and data analysis, BI market, and upcoming trend- Knowledge of basic Algorithms, PL/SQL, Oracle Apps/ HRMS/ OAB- Data Software or Data Languages i.e., Python, SAP, Tableau, Power BI- Robotic Process Automation, AlteryxThe Skills You Bring- Ability to work cross-functionally in a team- Good communicator with strong presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills- Positive attitude and flexible, with a willingness to adapt to the changing needs- Sees the big picture and contributes through ideas and discussions- Willing to work in shifts.Desired qualifications- Bachelors in any discipline- 3 - 10 years of Operations or Business Analysis experience.,
