BA Continuum is a nonbank subsidiary of Bank of America, part of Global Business Services in the bank.Process Overview Investment & Banking Solutions Technology team is responsible for all Retail, Preferred and GWIM products catering to Retail and Preferred customers and GWIM clients. The products includes Credit Cards for Retail as well as Small Business customers, Deposits, Consumer Lending and Client Underwriting (including Vehicle Loans and Home Loans), Investment Products for GWIM and US Trust clients and Retirement products for Institutions.Global TaxLots application will Maintains Regulatory Taxlot Accounting data for Cost Basis andGain/ Loss calculations. A tax lot is a record of a transaction and its tax implications, including the purchase date and number of shares. It s a back end application to support the portfolio and daily transactions of key clients for Regulatory purposes. Also Maintains cost basis for security positions and calculates Gain or Loss at the time of sale.Job Description The individual will be part of Tax Reporting development & Support team. He/ She will be required to collaborate with both internal and external global teams across various locations for the project delivery.Responsibilities Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions using COBOL, VSAM, CICS, DB2, IMS technologies. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications Provide support to QA team to perform end- to- end testing and assist the user interface and other internal/ external teams during product development and integration testing. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Working on the Agile methodologies Requirements Education B.E / B.Tech / MCA Experience Range - 4 to 6 years (should fit in 6C BAND) Mandatory skills Mainframe Experience in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, DB2 Good proficiency in DB2 Experience with IDz/ RDz usage.
