Job Description

Responsible for developing / enhancing Collateral application based on the needs of Collateral business areas. Work with BA s, Operations and Business users, to enhance or modify existing application processes. The developer works closely with the BA team and/or outside vendors to design, develop, document and test solutions that meets the business requirements. The ideal candidate must be well versed in Collateral business, highly self-motivated and must have 4 to 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Possess a high level of analytical and creative skills
  • Participate and provide suggestions in technical design discussions
  • Interact with Business Partners and come up with solutions
  • Responsible for functional delivery of assigned applications
  • Designs, develops, enhance, debugs, supports, maintain and tests applications that support business units or supporting functions.
  • Be a seasoned and proficient technical resource
  • Flexibility in adapting to team requirements
  • Ensuring adherence to development standards, best practices
  • Ensuring high quality levels in all deliverables
  • Participate and contribute to Team/Project Reviews
  • Learn new technologies when directed as future development may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools
  • Effectively convey message in both written and verbal development discussions
  • Adhere to team s governing principles and policies
  • Participate in mandatory training and cross functions across team
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and zeal to acquire domain knowledge

Requirements

  • Education : BE/ B. Tech/ M. Tech/ MCA
  • Certifications If Any
  • Experience Range : 4-7 years of relevant experience
  • Mandatory skills :
  • Proficiency in .Net, C#
  • Good Analytical , Debugging and design skills
  • Strong SQL Knowledge.
  • Good web designing skills
  • Effective Communication Clear, Concise Ability to articulate Problem/Solution
  • Desired skills
  • Good to have exposure on Angular, Python
  • Work experience in Finance Domain
  • Certifications on Domain / Programming

Work Timings : 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM
