Job Description

    * KPMG Resource Centre Private Limited KPMG Resource Centre Private Limited (KRCPL) is KPMG s global delivery center and an integral part of the firm s strategy to enhance innovation, build scalability, and improve profitability globally. KRC Audit is a fast-growing team that is serving KPMG s European audit clients and a few other countries. The majority of our work is for the UK audit practice, but we are also serving KPMG Holland, Australia, Cayman Islands, Channel Islands, and Bermuda. We are looking at ways of growing the number of countries we serve., *Qual gging skillsQualification & Experience:Educational Requirements
    • BTech/BCA/MCA/MSc; or
    • Commerce Graduate or MBA in Finance and Systems
    Experience Requirements
    • 1-2 years of post-qualification experience for Analyst and 2 plus years for Executive
    • Proven technical project management skills / debugging skills
    Required skills:
    • Have minimum 1.5+ years in data & analytics and tools (Alteryx, Excel, SQL Power BI)
    • Have strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Be a critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Be comfortable with manipulating and combining large, high dimensional datasets from multiple sources
    • Have an ability to interpret findings and identify key insights to communicate to a non-technical audience
    • Be passionate about delivering high quality work
    • High-energy, independent decision maker with ability to manage priorities & conflicts.
    • Ability to assimilate cultures and work in a global environment
    • Ability to lead change by effectively building commitment and winning support for initiatives through influencing, negotiation, collaboration and relationship building skills
    • Willing to stretch working hours based on the business needs
    • Open to learn about KPMG s new Audit Analytics tools and the techniques for deploying the tools
    • Open to learn new accounting system concepts
    • Well-organized, has experience managing multiple projects at once.
    • Proficient in debugging and finding out the possible solutions
    • Responsibilities :
    • Process large data extracts from client ERP systems into the KPMG proprietary tool.
    • Understand ERP systems from Functional or Techno-Functional perspective.
    • Coordinate with engagement teams and external clients to obtain the required data to perform audit D&A solutions.
    • Work with KPMG engagement teams to discuss results from the tool.
    • Debugging issues during on large data set.
    • Audit D&A Solution Delivery lead and be part of the team that is responsible for Audit D&A service delivery and ensure timely and quality audit deliverables
    • Content & Industry Focus Build strong domain expertise (Accounting & Auditing), ERP specific and Industry knowledge to enable effective collaboration with International counterparts in KPMG and Clients
    • Coach and mentor the team in every aspect of project management for effective client service
    • Using analytic & visualization tools (e.g. Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, etc.) to perform and present analytic routines to the engagement team in a user friendly and insightful format.
    • Participate in the design, development, and implement fixes and enhancements to existing modules or new modules.
    • Document processes and procedures for use by users / administrators
    • Prepare and maintain related project training documentation
