Job Description

We are looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits and will work with our team to design and build mobile applications for LMS domain.

Responsibilities and Duties :
  • Design and build advanced applications for the Android devices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Qualifications and Skills :
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in software development as Android Developer
  • Have published minimum 2 apps in the Play Store
  • Should have strong knowledge of OOPs Concepts, Java Programming and Data Structures
  • Should be well aware about Android design patterns and architectures
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
  • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
  • Experience with third-party libraries and API
  • Experience working with libraries like Volly, Retrofit, Glide, FCM will be a big plus
  • Exposure to RxJava or Room persistence library is a big plus
