    Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesDesign and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Angular framework.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.Debugging and fixing issues in the existing applications.Integration of front-end applications with back-end services.Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues related to web applications, Mobile apps and Backend Services.Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.Continuously monitor and improve the performance and stability of the applications.Maintain documentation and technical specifications for the applications.Respond to customer inquiries via ServiceNow, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve complex technical issues.Escalate critical issues to the appropriate team and follow up on resolution.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support servicesPrimary SkillsPrimary Skills Strong knowledge of Angular framework and front-end development.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Technical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Secondary SkillsSecondary Skills Knowledge of web development tools and frameworks such as Node.js, React, Vue.js, etc.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Experience in working with Agile methodologies.Ability to work well in a team environment.,
