We are building a world-class, modern logistics ERP platform and we are looking for passionate technical leaders to join our journey.About the Role: Angular Tech Lead (Hands-On Development):We are looking for a highly skilled Angular Tech Lead (Hands-On) to lead and actively develop our enterprise-scale frontend applications. You will not only drive design decisions but also work directly on complex feature development alongside the engineering team. This is a hybrid role where you combine technical leadership, and hands-on coding directly contributing to EDLs cloud-native platform development.Key Responsibilities:Ensure frontend architecture aligns with backend microservices and AWS cloud deployments.Actively develop complex Angular features and modules.Optimize application performance (lazy loading, bundle splitting, OnPush, SSR where applicable).Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code following best practices.Work closely with backend microservices teams to design efficient API contracts.Handle real-time asynchronous data flows and state management (RxJS, NgRx preferred).Collaborate with DevOps for seamless build, test, and deployment pipelines.Integrate frontend builds into CI/CD (AWS CodePipeline, Bitbucket, Jenkins).Lead and mentor Angular developers across experience levels.Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching.Build frontend competency within the engineering team.Work closely with Architects, QA Leads, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.Drive high test coverage, unit testing (Jasmine, Karma), and E2E test frameworks (Cypress, Playwright).Ensure smooth releases with defect-free, stable code delivery.Support production issue troubleshooting and resolution.Stay updated with Angular ecosystem and frontend technologies.Propose new tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive developer productivity.Key Requirements: 10 years total frontend development experience. Overall 12 Years. 8 years hands-on Angular experience (Angular 13; Angular 17 preferred). Strong in TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6, Cyperss, and managing Angular repositories. Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and microservices backend architecture. Cloud-native experience with AWS platform. Proven experience building large-scale, enterprise-grade SPAs. Excellent team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Agile/Scrum delivery experience.Preferred (Good to Have): Experience with Docker, ECS, and containerization on AWS. UI performance optimization for enterprise-scale B2B platforms.
