Job Description

    As a part of Quality Assurance Team, you will be working on E-commerce and Marketplace Platforms. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to enable team members to develop and execute test plans that ensure our partners and merchants get what they want. You will be driving the software development process toward quality-centric methodologies.Job ResponsibilitiesWork with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements Understand how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together and develop QA approaches that fit the overall strategy Be responsible for development of test strategies and creation of appropriate test harnesses Oversee the development and execution of test plans and monitoring and reporting on test execution Work with a team of QAEs and SDETs to ensure the team has necessary testing tools matching the fast evolving business featuresPreferred Experience4+ years in a QA role. Experience in identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases, and testing results. Experience identifying and implementing automated testing tools and frameworks. Experience in engaging with stake holders to set and drive quality assurance goals. Strong organizational skills, tracking multiple test execution cycles simultaneously and communicating out results to key stakeholders Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders. Engineering process expertise, with a full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
