Pre - sales - technical presentations , demonstrations , and responses to technical issues. Post - sales - technical aspects during follow up visits , responding to customer support calls. Customer training - presentation of formal training courses. Position Responsibilities:To demonstrate and present nCode products , services , and technology to current and prospective customers , in conjunction with HBM Prenscias Account Managers. To liaise with existing customers over their use of nCode products , to investigate problems and propose solutions. To provide technical support to existing nCode customers. To create presentation material - slide shows , technical papers , application notes. To present the companys standard training course material and act as tutor during hands - on sessions. Where customised solutions are required , either consultancy or tailored software , engineers should: help the customer to define their requirements , write clear specification of the work to be done , assist with producing project plans and costs , and in executing the project to successful and timely delivery. Frequent travel required within India , occasional international travel as required. To keep up to date with current industry practise and relevant technical developments. Desirable Aptitudes and Experience:Good communication and presentation skills , both written and verbal in English , Hindi would be an advantage. A Master s , or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering plus industry experience. A background of working in engineering or manufacturing markets. Working knowledge of industry - standard data analysis programs or test environments. Good knowledge of CAE products and associated technologies , such as FEA analysis including Fatigue analysis. A knowledge of Python would be an advantage. Good team working skills with colleagues and customers.,
