DGS Application Engineer shall provide : Sales support: Technical support to global sales team for winning the opportunities Business development support: Enhance the DGS repair business primarily &assist in generating retrofit & upgrade opportunities DGS Application Engineering: Ensure timely, competitive and quality service quote of DGS seals. Support and coordinate with Sales team for business development with respect to DGS repairs and service contracts Prepare timely, competitive and quality quote for any new DGS seal upgrade or retrofits, inputs will be provided by DGS specialist. Coordinating with a team of service engineers / technicians with continual motivation drive. Customer orientated support for sales and service teams. Conducting presentations at customer site. Provide seal inspection reports and provide failure analysis on time in coordination DGS team from HQ Proactively maintain and update the install base of DGS and help in winning the repair of the seals. Visit customer site for installations or troubleshooting Coordinate / organize for customer visits to witness the testing Proactively participating in retrofit and upgrade projects to help the company in winning more retrofits and upgrades. Smooth execution of the retrofit and upgrade projects Actively & timely supporting Sales in technically promoting the products for new business development, upgrades and retrofits. Managing effectively warranty cases in liaison with the concerned Build good networking with head quarters Required Candidate profileExperience : 5+ years experience in Dry Gas Seals Experience with large and complex organizationsQualification : BE (Mechanical) ,
