    • Total Years of experience: 8-10 years AWS/Azure SMESubject matter level expertise on AWS / Azure Cloud for Compute (EC2 / VMs) & Storage, Backup & DR, Monitoring, AWS/Azure Governance & Cost Management,Window or Linux OS management and administrationImplementing experience with primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, ECS, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, Route53 & S3)Deep hands-on experience AWS/AZURE Cloud workload provision, management & AdministrationRich experience in Supporting AWS/Azure cloud landscape.Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (E.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Template, PowerShell etc)Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.To provide support for on call escalations or L3 level support and doing incident and problem managementWork on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, training freshers, coaching analysts, and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policiesTo ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.
