What you bring:
    • 3 to 5 years experience in Application Support
    • Very good experience in Unix / SQL / WebSphere.
    • Knowledge in Support and Monitoring tools like Splunk
    • Scripting hands-on experience
    • Experience in Troubleshooting Incident Triaging, Log analysis, Platform Stability
    • Knowledge in Incident, Change Management
    • Knowledge in Control M
    • Need 24/7 - Rotational Shift
    • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends
    • Deployments, Maintenance, changes for Prod, Preprod, UAT and System Support.
    • Ability to collaborate with others and solve complex problem
    • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
    • Delivery-oriented team player who takes responsibility for the team s success and strives to continually learn and improve
    • Ability to interface with all levels of employees and effectively interact with various functional areas and facilities
    • Knowledge of financial services industry
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and client
    What you will be doing:
    • Involving in Production Support
    • Handles Incident, Changes and resolves issues.
    • Assists in daily coordination of various assigned projects.
    • Code and support Linux/UNIX scripts to automate processes.
    • Performs day-to-day production support activities such as web server recycles, troubleshooting issues, etc.
    • Determines gaps in procedures/processes and come up with suggestions/recommendation for improvement.
    • Assist with Server Network related issues or configurations.
    • Develops technical designs that will meet system objectives and minimize the impact on operations
    • Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time.
    Bonus if you have
    • Good to have knowledge in Banking Domain.
    • Experience with Splunk.
