Job Description

Key Activities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support related to Frontline installation operations & supply chain solutions.
  • Experience on applications built on DELMIA Quintiq -Dassault Systemes platform
  • Experience on supporting applications built on Android platform
  • Knowledge on AWS /Azure cloud platform
  • Basic knowledge on SAP platform & SQL database queries
  • Service Management experience with process knowledge on Incident, Service request, Change, and problem management adhering to business SLA (Service level agreements)
  • Responsible for creating Knowledge base articles (KBA) and maintaining CMDB
  • Actively collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in obtaining operations feedback
  • Proactive in Continuous improvement process and root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies is preferred

Qualification:
  • BE/ MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science/ IT)
  • Preferably 3-4 years Support experience, in a manufacturing/industry or service/commerce environment or with a consultancy
Tool Knowledge Required
  • Experience in SAP, Mobile Application
  • Any ticketing tools
  • Expert in MS-Project
  • Knowledge Quintiq software is an added advantage
