Job Description

*Job DescriptionJob Purpose:

  • CICD and Service Virtualization (SV) governance and adoption lead. An individual contributor within Development Technology and Process team within Global Consumer Technologys CTO organization, will play a key role in ensuring CICD and SV self-service, federation enablement and adoption
Job Background/context:
  • Work as a partner with our development and testing organizations, process teams, DPIM teams to ensure self-service, federated model adoption of CICD and SV capabilities. Ensure awareness of these capabilities, support adoption, associated metrics capture and reporting
, *Key Responsibilities:
  • This role will be responsible for ensuring application development and testing teams are aware of the self-service, federated capabilities for CICD and SV, provide the necessary support to enable consistent adoption and feedback to engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
  • This resource will work closely with customers (ie. Development/Engineering and testing teams, DPIM support teams) to capture requirements and ensure alignment with SDLC Process and Risk & Control teams
  • The resource will provide the training to prospective customers to expand the adoption of the self-service and federated capabilities. In addition the resource will prepare the product playbooks, user guides, release notes and communications
  • The resource will be responsible for capturing adoption metrics, trends and reporting back to management. In addition to conceptualize new capabilities to address issues, concerns from customers and reduce/remove the limitations that hinder adoption
  • In addition to these common responsibilities across CICD and SV, the role will manage the relationships with all SV federated teams and through regular interaction ensure expanding usage and increased benefits
  • The resource will need to be forward thinking and support the migration of these capabilities to cloud
Person SpecificationKnowledge/Experience:
    • Essential
      • Knowledgeable with CICD automation concepts and tools
      • SME with Service virtualization use cases and benefits calculations
      • SME with SV product set: DevTest and also familiar with industry trends and tools
      • Managing customer relationships
      • Good understanding of underlying infrastructure of the CICD and SV tools and environments to support upgrades and maintenance activities
      • Experience and in-depth knowledge on overall development and testing spaces and end to end SDLC
      • Should have knowledge of GCT and Citi processes as well as practical experience and understands industry standards

        • Ability to think strategically and tactically and prepare appropriate plans.
