This will entail analysis of the SDOFR trends, identification of improvement action plans and the implementation of the same. Analysis of coverage and stocks at depo level and expedite supplies from plant and TL to depots Regular monitoring of service levels against KPIs and act on the same To ensure adequate opening & closing stocks at depots Meet key performance parameters for servicing like placement at Plants / OPCs / TLs for depots, STO aging at TL , SOFR , SOFR spread , RSL , average length of stock out and VSL . Drive the allotted projects on cost, servicing etc.Primary ResponsibilitiesBusiness Responsibility Areas(Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas)Key Performance Indicators Identifying and driving the improvement action plans for the SDOFR and OFR promises for the regions. The improvement plans can range from regular co-ordination with stakeholders, best practices/processes to Kaizens, projects etc. Creation of deliveries for critical SKUs / Upload of critical SKU in SAP for dispatches from plant and TL considering coverage and low stock SKUs to ensure service levels. Regular monitoring of stock outs and low stocks and actioning on low stocks cases by coordinate with plant / CFA team / transporters / OBL team / production planning to ensure service levels To co-ordinate with plant admin team / commercial team / purchase product team / TL operations team to ensure timely dispatches of stocks and critical SKUs. Keep tab on stock outs, sale loss and ALS and ensure servicing to depots on time and in full. Ensuring adequate dispatches from dispatch centers so as to ensure the smooth operations at the DCs. Keep tab on old stocks at plants and do allocation to sales depots as per alignment with sales team.
